I dont know if this site has been mentioned before, but it is definately web art, lo-fi, but really cool. Some of the pages are very annoying and ugly, but others are beautiful in their own pixellated way.

Have you heard of Sufjan Stevens? one of the musicians - about 3 layers into the site. I've got one of his CDs from a Canadian friend - really lo fi sound - goes along with the 'bad pixelated' graphics.
Re your final work - how is the Flash going? scenes within scenes within scenes?
